Your satisfaction is important to us and we stand behind our workmanship.
Please note that wood products have a tendency to warp, crack, or fade if not cared for properly.
Returns are not available for a misused or improperly cared for product.
If you have any questions about the products you received or would like to submit a request to return or exchange your item, please contact us using our contact form here.
We will review the return/exchange request, and we reserve the right to make the final call on whether a refund or replacement will be given or not. Our review is to ensure that the product arrived to the customer as expected and to verify the source of any defect(s) noted by the customer. Defects outside of workmanship will not qualify for return or exchange.
Custom Orders

All custom orders are nonrefundable. This is due to the mutual review and agreement made by both parties to ensure the design is accurate. Once the agreement is made, we incur the full cost of building your custom order, and therefore cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds for custom orders.
When we deliver your custom order, you will have the opportunity to assess the quality and note any concerns at the time of drop off. As always, we stand behind our workmanship and will address any workmanship concerns.
